What our respective 'groups' are or are not doesn't really matter at the moment.

Yoshikage Kira and I have a history. A bad one. I only knew for a hot minute that he followed the Fourth before I thankfully cut all ties.

Tell me what you can about him. If I'm going to get the Fourth to listen to me I'll need proof. Apparently He already knew and has allowed Kira to stay (I can't imagine why) so it looks like I'll be fighting an uphill battle.

Yoshikage Kira is a man from my world who went on a murder spree that spanned for what I believe is over a decade. His primary targets were young women who he would kill in order to steal their hands to fulfill his fetish and then erase every trace of them through blowing them up with a power he has.

I do not know the exact number of women he killed but we were tipped off by mysterious disappearances and then coming across the ghost of one of his victims who was bound to our world because he had not been caught. That young woman was my babysitter who I didn't recall because I was maybe four at the time she saved me when he broke in. Jotaro, Josuke, myself, and several others were able to do away with him but not until after he had changed his identity and slipped under the radar as a businessman who couldn't control his urges and did himself in when his tricks caught up to him. I was the one who went through the trouble of doing the work to have him properly identified. The things he has done are unspeakable.

However, this version of Kira is from before he changed his identity. He isn't even aware that he had done such a thing.

Say what you will about the things I do but he kills for pleasure. Broadcasting his life story and his crimes on the network has been a pattern since he got here. Should he touch any of those girls, I will be forced to do something about it and I really don't want to.

What does Marco want with him? Have they been speaking for a long time?

That's about the impression of him that I got. It's not the same at all, what we do because we have to and what he does because he wants to.

Marco thinks he can change him. That the Fourth God wants him for a reason. Maybe that's true but I can't imagine what about him would be so useful that it would outweigh what a threat he is.

Point is if the Fourth wants him then I don't know how much I can do. But I can force him out as best I can. Get the rest of the group against him. If no one wants him there then he may very well leave on his own, and good riddance.
