Do you have any stretches where you can't remember anything? Big blank patches of time? Events that don't flow into each other right, something like one memory happening in the morning and the next you can remember it's already evening?

There's a difference between routine blurring things together and there being nothing there at all. In my experience there's a different feel to it. It's like walking up a flight of stairs in the dark but still knowing they're all there, even if you can't see them properly. When you've lost something it's like finding one's completely disappeared halfway up.

What I do is keep a log and refer back to it if I think anything's out of place, but that won't help you much here if you haven't already been doing it. Doesn't mean you can't start now though.

Other than that I don't know. If you have nothing to crosscheck against all you can do is guess. I'm sorry.

Trust me. It's not worth driving yourself crazy over what you might not know. If you haven't noticed it's missing then it's something you can do without.
