That's also neat. It's like having your own hypno-soundtrack. I don't know how deep under they go with that one. I do try to be nice to the ones who aren't just like, really bad people. I can be a little shit though. I once said "would you kindly shut up". It's horrible and terrible if you play video games. There was one from when I was a little kid with like, mind control? Anyways. His idea is to channel our effort into raising me to priesthood.

I do think the logic is sound. You're well-respected, you know how to network, and folks trust you and your judgement. If you asked me who I thought the best choice was I'd probably have said you too.

And maybe with another sane priest Noa might take a more active role. You wouldn't be alone at the top.

No one told me shit about how to get "food". I just kind of figured it out by accident. I was kind of a bit too traumatized and trying to pretend I was okay to ask for help. The people who had sort of originally sort of hinted at offering to help me kind of disappeared. I just sort of assumed people were mostly expected to figure it out on their own by that point. Kind of? There's variations on it. Space Invaders is seriously not as big a deal anymore.

The logic is very sound. And I suppose it's foolish to worry over drawing attention to myself, I do that enough on my own. But it's different, when one's a priest.

You're right about Noa. I do like the man, and trust him more or less. But I wish I knew clearly where he stands, he's...not the most vocal among us.

[Routine is good. Especially in a place like Ryslig, where the stress of changes and feeding and all the strange things happen that happen from month to month can really start to take its toll on a person, routine is something easy to focus on. And this was part of Elsa's routine that she enjoyed; visiting Fiddleford to drop off his usual dosage of weed, and maybe staying for a drink or two as they chatted. It's... nice. Really. Fiddleford is one of her oldest friends in this world, and it's long since become comforting to have him around.

Maybe it's why the idea to tell him about what happened on Valentine's Day crosses her mind. Not... the horror, of course. But the good thing. The big thing. The thing that makes her feel so giddy every time she thinks about it - giddy enough that when she pokes her head into Fiddleford's office, ears perked and tail swishing happily back and forth, there's already a bright smile crossing her face.]

I would like that. I can give you some cuttings to get you started if what you're after is herbs, and obviously I'm near overrun with pumpkins if you wanted seeds.

It's nice to have a proper house again instead of living in the lab basement. I didn't realize how little I missed it until now.

He isn't. When I've spoken to him it's mainly come down to him not feeling sure what the right course of action is, and I think he's worried to speak too plainly about it considering the pushback he'd get from the other priests. But there's a desire there to fix things. He's not apathetic, he's just not sure how to act.

I think 'get more sane folks into higher positions' is a good solid thing to aim for.

Perhaps a strong enough desire to be encouraged to more action.

I certainly can't argue with that. Our priests, overall...don't offer an honest representation of our ranks.

The previous gardens I kept were all floral, but I am not opposed to growing herbs and vegetables.
Though, I will not know what to do with them.

Sandwich style. My freezer is low and I'm too lazy to fix that right now. Also I may test run a few baked goods I'm trying to perfect for the bakery. My rye bread needs something extra. Don't know what.

I've never been great shakes with baking bread but I'm willing to be a test subject.
